At approximately 0652hrs the North Patchogue Fire Department was notified of a motor vehicle collision with Heavy Rescue reported by a @patchogueambulance Chief. North Patchogue Assistant Chief 5-17-32 arrived on the scene and confirmed the pin crews from Rescue 5, Squad 3, and Ladder 2 operated to extricate the pinned subject from the vehicle. North Patchogue Ambulances 5-17-17 and 5-17-20 transported the individuals to the hospital.
